Return & Refund Policy
At Echo & Shade, we are committed to providing a premium shopping experience and high-quality accessories. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fully compliant with international consumer protection standards, including those of the United States and the European Union.
1. 30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please note: Returns must be authorized by our team. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the specific instructions on where to send your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind/Withdrawal: Shipping costs for returns due to change of mind (where the product is not defective) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, Echo & Shade will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us at support@echoeshade.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video of the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it immediately.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings cannot be returned or exchanged if the original packaging has been opened or the seal is broken, excpet in cases of proven manufacturing defects.
Note: In compliance with EU law, sale items are eligible for return under the standard 14-day cooling-off period and our extended 30-day policy.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the item meets the conditions mentioned in Section 1.
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
